The hut and facilities are available to hire during Hampshire school holiday times only. For more on when these are click here.
The hut, facilities and toilets are fully accessible to wheelchair users. All users must carry out a risk assessment for their use of the facilities and a Hygiene & Food Safety Certificate should be held by the hiring party as appropriate.
Please note, we do not have a license to sell alcohol, though we do allow consumption of alcohol on the premises.
A great Lymington community hall venue for hire
We are particularly keen to take bookings from other Scout Groups (all sections) , Girl Guiding, youth and other community groups. The venue also works brilliantly for kids’ parties and other family celebrations.
When you hire Lymington Sea Scouts HQ, you can get so much for your money: Scout Hut, grounds, facilities, sailing equipment and minibus.
Whilst we want people to have fun, this is not an appropriate venue for loud parties. We are in a residential area and the facilities are in continuous use by our Scout, Cub and Beaver groups. We reserve the right to vet and refuse bookings. Please note, this is NOT a suitable venue for 18th/21st parties, stag or hen dos etc.
An amazing location
Lymington is a real jewel on the South Coast. We are located just behind Lymington Yacht Haven with direct access to the marina and the coastal path. Central Lymington and Lymington Town Station are a 20-minute walk away.
There is a wide variety of local amenities, including the seawater baths, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
